Here we see Ponape is really a name for a 'Dog's Bay, or Quay' and see more is in it then the naked eye can see in its history…… Places where you see descriptive of dog ear, eye, and mouth are added to make point.

This does not immediately connect the quay to a Mu, or Lemuria building though a older culture may exist underneath it.
